-The rooms are very spacious. We had the best night sleep since we got to Turkey. Good AC. Their service and toiletries are amazing. -The hotel environment is very relaxing with grand entrance. -It’s right next to a shopping mall and Migros. and across the street there’s a patrol station with a grocery store and it’s open late at night if you need something. -They are very accommodating and brought an extra bed. No delay in the service.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. location was in the middle of the locations we wanted to visit so it was easy for us to go and come back to the hotel. Room was very nice, clean and big!! 😍 Because I liked the hotel I booked for another night. I really recommend staying at this hotel 👌🏽😍.

I like everything, the location, rooms, spa, swimming pool, the restaurant. Everything is wonderful. I appreciate the Hotel manager Mr. Ismail and his colleagues for taking care of the guests all the time.

Mr. Kubilay the receptionist the most friendly and helpful person in turkey 🇹🇷 and because of him I would rate this hotel 10/10 He helped me along with the car issue with car rental company Thanks Kubilay🙏

great more than i was thinking front desk manger mr ismail was very friendly even he arange breakfast after the time of it thanks for all i will back again insalah in fact all staff in this hotel was great

This hotel was awesome. It was very close to Outlet Market and staff was very friendly. I want to say thank you to Mr. Melih, he helped us every time and he is very good person. Thank you Baia Bursa Hotel!
